人工呼吸器関連肺炎（VAP）においてグラム染色を用いて抗菌薬を選択する治療を検討したRCT（GRACE-VAP trial）のサブ解析です．
本研究では，グラム染色でGPC-clusterが見えない場合は，抗MRSA薬を投与しなくても，治療成績や有害事象に差がないことが示されました．
